Eating a big breakfast for weight loss may sound a little absurd, but it does actually work. And this is a cheap weight loss idea because it doesn’t imply that you simply add more calories to your breakfast, but that you shift some of the portions allotted for lunch and afternoon snacks to the early morning meal.
